The holographic image flickers until a man stands before them, dressed in white. The man clears his throat for a moment before he speaks a single word, his voice is clear and smooth upon the recording,"Greetings."

"I am sure that you must be wondering who I am and what I have to do with you, but those questions will be answered later. For now all you need to know is that you are not alone in this world and I am here to help. I work for an organization called ARC. Don't be surprised if you have never heard of it, it merely means that we are doing our job well. ARC is a organization that works behind the goverment, our job is to observe, study and monitor the activities relating to the supernatural.

You have been under our observation for a while, due to your unique capabilities. How else did you think your identity has been kept secret for this long? That people haven't found out that your aren't like everyone else? We have been helping you from behind the scenes, and till now we had not reason to contact you."

The man pauses for a moment, but then decides to continue.

"Recently though, the situation has changed. Things are no longer as they were and we cannot merely sit back and watch as things begin to happen. It has come to our attention that there are forces working against us, powerful forces. We believe that there are others similar to you out there, others with strange abilities. These people, from the information we have gathered, are planning something, something that we believe is a threat to the balance of civilization. The extent of their goal and purpose is unknown as of late. Most of what they have done so far as been in the shadows, vague and almost unnoticeable, but lately they have begun to become more involved.

At this point you might be able to guess why we are here. To put it simply, we are asking for your help. This is a situation that ARC cannot handle by itself, for we neither have the capability nor can we reveal ourselves so recklessly into the open. This is why we are asking for YOU, this is something that only you can do. Why you might ask? From our time observing you we believe that you have both the character and potential to do great things, and while before we were waiting to see what you would become, now time is not something we have much of.

We are asking you to consider our proposition, but before you decide anything remember one thing: These people, they will eventually find out who you are, and you can bet that they won't be nearly as nice as we are. We cannot guarantee the safety of your family and friends if you decide to ignore us.

If you accept our offer you will find a list of instructions and tickets to get to New York City, attached to this will be a letter of acceptance to St.Peter's Boarding School for the Exceptionally Gifted. From there you will be contacted once more. If you value your lives, your love ones, or if you simply want to know about the truth, we are ARC and we are here to help."

The letter of acceptance:

Dear [Insert Name],

Congratulation for being accepted to St.Peter's Boarding School for the exceptional gifted. You have proven to be a student of both great integrity and a excellent mind and we are glad to welcome you to our school. There are numerous others who we had to choose from, and from this large pool of young boys and girls you were proven to be exceptional. We see great things for you and your future and can't wait to see you in are hallways.

Due to your particular case we are glad to announce that you will be receiving free tuition to this school. We have arranged for the transportation as well if you accept you admission into our Academy.

Again, we congrats you and welcome you to St.Peter's.
