1. Just because someone suggested something, does not give you the right to use that suggestion.
2. If someone requested a house, but they did not make a character yet, or their character has not been approved yet, then please tell them to either make a character, or wait for approval.
3. If someone requested a house, but they did not put the request in the correct format, then please tell them to put it in the correct format.
4. If someone requested a house, has made a character and been approved, and has requested in the correct format, but no one has answered their request, please make the house, in the correct folder.
5. When making someone's house, please remember, that just post it with the last name, for example, if the character's last name is Ross, then the house would be, Ross house. DO NOT PUT THE CHARACTER'S FIRST NAME!
6. Just because you’re a mod, does not mean your characters don't need to be accepted. I'm sick of people thinking that just because they're a mod, that gives them the right to make a character with as little effort as possible.
7. Do not order the members around.
8. Do not think that just because you're a mod, that means that you are better than everyone else. You may have authority, but that doesn't mean you are better than anyone else.
9. Please do not add a masthead, or a group profile picture.
10. Please do not delete the masthead and group profile picture, that I put up.
11. Make sure you welcome all new members.
12. Be active. I'm sick of people who ask to be a mod, but when they become one, they just sit there, doing nothing in the group.
