Grounded... favorite part? Least favorite part?

Ha, yes, I could have done without that knowledge as well!

On the other note i was not at all bothered by the "red wings"! he's a kinky bastard and the fact that they actually shared a "first" together kind of sweet!
Parts i loved:
-when Stephen and Javier make up... that scene was intense
-When James tells Bianca all the reasons he fell in love with her in the bathtub
Lastly i know this book is a love story between James and Bianca... but i was captivated by the connection that Bianca shared with Stephen... love them!

As for my favorite part, the last 15% of the book. I'm usually not one for happy endings, but this couldn't end any other way. And James' addition to his vows was priceless. I almost cried.
I love Bianca and Stephan's love for each other. It's the most endearing and unconditional love I've see in a story in a long time.

OMG I know right!

Favorite: #1 - Stephen's part in daddy's demise.
Favorite: #2 - Last bathroom scene with Bianca and Jules at the gallery...You go, girlfriend
I'm all about revenge. LOL! However, poolside frolicking was sweet...and steamy..

Favorite #2 the girls day out. Bianca, Frankie and Danta
Emotional scene- when the rolled Bianca to Stephen side and whispered encouraging words to him
Funny scene- Bianca and Jules in the bathroom and Bianca and Blake sharing a bonding moment.

Least Favorite- when Bianca gets shot through the face and has hearing loss. After all of that, didn't care for that part of it :(

I have to say that my least favorite part was the punishment after she went out ..."
I agree with the least favorite part being the punishment after she went out without security. However I can understand how James would justify that since he was trying so hard to protect her. I was just as bothered by the "roses" punishment. That was harsh. He really pushed her to her limits without a good reason. Maybe he was testing how far she could go.
My favorite part was their trip to Japan especially the proposal. How romantic!

Least Favourite - Red Wings eeeeewwww!!!

gah the red wings was just foul hey lol that was definitely an expression i have never heard before :O
Hahaha, I asked my husband if he knew what red wings were. He did. Evidently some of the guys at work talk....gah! Not mine! :) he just listens. I forgot about the photo shoot.... That was goooood!

Yep never heard of it either. Gross but funny!!!

Least: Gun shot to the face.
Ickiest: Definitely red wings. (shudder)
I loved this story, gave it 5 stars. There are just a few hangups I have. What the heck happened after her being shot...in the face!? There is so much story throughout the three novels, and we get nothing about her recovery. It just goes from her being in the hospital to the wedding, which I loved that we get some of that, and then it jumps ahead five years to their baby, which again is fabulous. Then it's Chapter 42 More from R.K. Lilley? I don't get it. All that story and it's like it just jumped to a quick close, and on the tail end of such freaking drama with her and Stephan being so brutally shot. Gah, so frustrating. Still, I loved this series.

1. The way James proposed to Bianca and his crying during their vows
2. Bianca and Jules in the bathroom
3. When they wheeled Bianca to see Stephen in the hospital
4. when she got her tattoo
I can't say there was anything that I didn't like but a few things made me cringe like the punishment after she went out without security and the red wings weren't something that appealed to me. I didn't know about red wings! Now I know!

Bianca knows her father is outside with a gun and she hangs up on her boyfriend to play catchup with her homicidal father? WTF? Epic fail! I understand the need for drama but come ON!
Here's a better scenario - she runs outside to the neighbours and hides until the police get there to take out the madman. RUN AWAY FROM DANGER NOT TOWARDS IT!!
Or better still, why don't you hide in the panic room. Yeah - the one her billionaire boyfriend should have installed when her homicidal father killed his second victim!!! I hate sloppy writing and stupid plot holes.
A team of bodyguards hired by a billionaire and caught unawares by a methhead with a gun he took from so-called professional bodyguard? And her bodyguard hired to shadow her leaves her charge unattended to see what the noise is (I'm giving a side eye to you Blake)? EPIC FAIL.

yeah that backyard scene got me too, not knowing if they lived or how bad they were hurt. You MUST read Mr. Beautiful , mind you it is both Stephan and James POV but you get a bigger picture and more of what happen after the HAE.

loved the photo shoot scene, when the photographer told him this was a family book..LOL love him. James puts Christian to shame

I have to say that my least favorite part was the punishment after she went out without her security. It was a little harsh for me. I also started to really hate that every woman James knew Bianca asked him if he had slept with her. Come on. He's explained his past... get over it!
Absolute favorite part of this book was the scene where he arrived at the house after the gunshots. I was riveted, not sure what exactly was going on and felt all the angst that James did when he went into the back yard. Thanks for this conclusion, Ms. Lilley!
