Walker Papers discussion

Dear C.E. Murphy,

Darn you. Once again I am sleep deprived because I started reading one of your books on a weeknight.

"Oh, I can read for about an hour, then I'll have to go to bed*," I told myself.
SIX hours later I was finished with the book.

Oh, and I forgot to mention how evil you are. That's a hell of an ending to have to wait a year to see resolved.

This comment sent me dashing to the mail box to find a lovely package with international postage on it...then happily lose sleep.
So many fabulous re-read moments. Not sure how to say anymore without blurting spoilers.

*laughs* Thank you, Jennifer and Larisa. My favorite reponses from readers are the "I stayed up too late!" ones, because as a reader myself, I have done that SO MANY TIMES and know just what it feels like. So I love it when I keep people up too late. <3 :)

Mountain Echoes is absolutely wonderful!!!! But I'm feeling sooo sad knowing there is only 1 more...
It is so hard to put the book down!!!

I agree on both counts. I'm both looking forward to and dreading the last book. I just don't want ths series to end.

It has been one of the best EVER series that I have read! Harry Dresden is great, too, but just not in the same league as Walker. I just keep telling myself that Cate is a wonderful writer so anything from her will be great. Still, I'm going to miss Joann.
