tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana Valeria walked down the streets, laughing on her phone to something her friend said. "I'm going to that meeting on Thursday." Sarah's eyeroll can be practically heard. Liviana knew she had to get home fast. She was looking forward to see if anyone had any information about her parents. She bit her lip as she crossed the streets, getting ready to hail a cab. Using her cheek and shoulder, she talked to Sarah about school. Little did she know what was in her mail box at home.

((Will we be able to make houses?))

Megan (nightrunner) Talia walked quickly through the sreet, her head down, trying not to be noticed, stopping at the edge of the street, tetering dangerously on the curb, waiting for the light to turn green so that she could do it. The cabs wouldn't be able to stop that fast. She took a deep breath, putting one foot out into the street.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana looked up to see she was standing near Talia. She didn't know the girl of course but something tugged at the end of her mind. Was it her ability? The cabs were coming in and looking back at the girl and seen her taking a step into the street. A sickening feeling rose in Liviana's stomach as she said to Sarah on the phone. "Got to go."
Sarah rolled her eyes on the other side of the line. "Fine, see ya." A tone.
Putting her phone into her jacket pocket, her other hand reached out to grab Talia's arm, "Wait!"

Megan (nightrunner) Talia turne to look at her, her eyes wide, her whole body tremebling, staggering back away from the street. Who was this perosn? Why would they care about her? No on at all cared about Talia. Talia was just another New York City runaway. No one even thought twice about her.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana looked into the girl's eyes instantly, using her gift. In a blink she saw the streets. The girl was a runaway. There was more too, what her parents looked like. She saw the girl do something, something interesting but couldn't really make out what for the visions were tunneling away. "Step away from the street," Liviana said smoothly, her voice calm and strong.

Megan (nightrunner) Talia obliged, moving away, swallowing hard. No one was supposed to stop her. There was a gasp from a passerby as a brefcase dissolved to sand, papers landing on the sidewalk. Talia glanced between the girl and the papers, knowing she needed to get her emotions back under control before anything else started dissovling. She turned to walk away. If people aquainted the incident with her, she would have to leave again.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana looked at her and her eyes snapped to the person who had gasped in surprise at their missing briefcase. She connected eyes with Talia, suspicion registering in her eyes. Was this girl like her? Having abilities? Before she could say a word, her cell rang again, loud, joining the chorus of the honking and music of the streets. She looked down to read who was calling, her grip loosening on the girl.

Megan (nightrunner) Talia pulled away, slipping into an alley a little ways down the street, hiding in a doorway from a moment, dissolving the door, slipping inside and then reforming the door, her breathing the slightest bit laboured.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana tried to push through the crowd to where the girl had gone. She cursed in latin and took out her phone, resolving it would do no good to see who it was. Curiosity killed the cat. It was a miracle she wasn't dead by now. It was Sarah again. Slightly pissed off, she ignored the call, dropping the cell back into her purse and going back to the curb to hail a taxi.

message 12: by Megan (new)

Megan (nightrunner) Talia moved to the window of the abandoned building that had obviously been forclosed on, she watched the girl, and when a taxi finally came over, she turned a small portion of the tire to sand. She had no real connection with the girl, but sne intrested Talia. Talia wanted to talk with her, just not so soon after the latest incident had happened.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana threw her book bag into the cab, telling the driver instructions to the mansion. She was not used to it. Everytime she said the address people would stare at her, assessing if she really lived in the glorious house. She wished she didn't sometimes. What she liked was her normal home. But life doesn't play fair.
Just before she put her head into the car to close it's door, she felt a watch on her, just like her Uncle had told her. Glancing behind her, she stared straight in the direction of the factory, suspicion clear in her eyes. The girl?
She had to shrug it off. Liviana closed the door and the taxi started to speed away, to join the traffic.

Megan (nightrunner) Talia waited until the taxi drove away, watching it's progress, hailing a cab for herself to follow. Stopping as the other cab slowed down, slipping out and handing the driver money she had just made from the inside of her jacket pocket, she knew she was being creepy, but something tied her and that girl together, and she had to find out what. She saw the girl exit the cab and slipped into the shadows for a moment.

tara wolfprism (tarawolfprism) Liviana came out of another cab. She couldn't believe it. A letter. Telling her she was special and to go to the same place everyone seemed to be pushing her to. Her uncle and brother were somewhere, who the hell knows. She walked down the streets, hands in jackets. "I just need to get my fav coffee and then get out of here," she muttered.
