Okay so yesterday 2/15/13, there was the 7th and 8th Grade Dance. The theme was 'Hearts, Diamonds, Spades, and Clubs' because we can't call it the 'Valentine's Day Dance'. Don't ask, I assume just because not everybody has a boyfriend or girlfriend. So there were these two girls, let's call them Hazel and Piper. And then there's this guy I like who finally decided to show up to the dance, let's call him Percy. Yeah. So about halfway through the dance Hazel tells me who she likes and I tell her mine. And here's how the night went:*
Hazel: "I knew it! I knew it I knew it I knew it! I knew it!"
Me: "Keep it down!" I hiss and try to shut her up.
Hazel: "I knew it I knew it! I KNEW it! Sam and Percy..!"
Me: "Shhh!"
Hazel: "Please let me ask him out for you!"
Me: "What!? No!!"
And then Piper pipes up. No pun intended....>_>
Piper: "I'm his next door neighbor, he has never had a girlfriend!"
Hazel: "Yes! Please let me ask him!"
Me: "No way! He doesn't even like me!"
Hazel: "Yes he does!"
Me: "No he doesn't!
Hazel: "If you let me do this for you, then Piper can ask (insert Hazel's crush's name here) if he likes me!"
Piper: "Yes! Seriously I will!"
Me: "No! He doesn't like me!"
Piper: "He's never had a girlfriend! There's a really good chance he will say yes!"
Hazel: "Please!"
Me: "No! He'll never talk to me ever again if he knows I like him!"
Hazel: "If he hurts you, I'll hurt him!"
Me: ".....fine. But you can't say my name!"
Hazel: "Then what am I supposed to say!?"
Me: "I don't know!"
Hazel: "I'll say...a girl in our science class wants to dance with you, and I'll make him guess!"
Me: ".....okay fine."

I'm pretty sure there was more, but I can't exactly remember it all.
So anyways, Hazel and Piper went off towards Percy and his group of friends, but I didn't stay to find out what happened next. I went for the bathroom and sort of just camped out there for about 5 minutes. In my opinion I looked horrible. My hair was a mess from dancing, but my friends told me I didn't look too bad. That was a total lie. Anyways, after about 5 minutes Hazel came back and told me he couldn't guess who it was, which was sort of a relief. We didn't end up dancing or anything, but then when we got home I was texting Hazel and she was trying to prove to me he liked me. Whatever, I'm hopeless.
Nothing. But I think most girls have boy... "troubles"

Hey, awesome people. I thought I'd post about this early. Next week, from April 1st-6th, I'm going to be in Florida with my marching band to perform in a parade in the Magic Kingdom. I can imagine I'm going to be both busy and tired between waking up early to fly out there, marching a few miles, and all the other stuff we're going to do, so I may not be able to post often, but I'll try to post at night. We'll have to see if I'm up for it. Here's hoping!

Turns out that at the hotel I'm staying at, it'll cost $9 to use the WiFi. Per day. -.- Needless to say, I'm not going to be RPing until I get back.
Wow. Every hotel I've stayed in has had free wi-fi...course...I've made a point to stay wherever I can have access to the online world XD See ya!
