Teenreader | 65 comments Hey!! I want to know if there's any good music about... I'm 12 so I can't exactly go to a music festival to find good music so I take it to you to help me. What I'm looking for is good music (preferably Indie or Alliterative) which isn't that well known (it doesn't matter if it is, I still might not know it) But if you still don't know what type of things I'm looking for here are a few which if you don't know... You need to! Imagine Dragons, The Features, Birdy, David Bowie (yes I know you all know him but younger people might not, if you haven't listened to life on mars you haven't lived), Dexys Midnight Runners (again for younger people but Come On Elieen changed my life!) Talking Heads (live version WAY better) Passion Pit (take a walk is one of the best songs I've herd in a long time)Muse (you probably know there songs but maybe not who sang them?) FLETWOOD MAC (I have gone into caps because Rumors was one of the best albums of all time Stevie Nicks is my god!)Those are all the people I like that you might not have herd off or are a little old! So please people give me good music even chat about which songs are best but no one at my school knows these guys! You can also talk about top 40 if you want
Only one rule: Don't bother saying when you talk about a song "and some people listen to top 40 stuff" because I love top 40 music like Rihanna and Taylor Swift YOUR ALOUD TO LIKE MORE THEN ONE TYPE OF MUSIC!
So talk and give me some names! AND LOVE WHATEVER MUSIC YOU WANT!!!
Oh yer no swearing or rude stuff I am 12
Thanks!

They had a few concerts here in The Netherlands in March, and I went to one of them. It was really awesome, there was a great atmosphere in the music hall. I've got a plectrum from the bass player and a friend of mine went dancing on the loudspeakers. Afterwards we've got backstage passes, so I've actually met Alan Parsons and the band. I still can't believe it!
