I loved and hated the 1st book (Backstage Pass (Sinners on Tour, #1). Loved the lead male and other characters. I did not like the lead female. I found her nagging at times. I want your opinion whether I should continue with this series or not.

i think that you should def read it. you learn a lot about the guys and get insight into what makes them tick in ways that weren't entirely expected. i really liked that we see the band dynamic for what it really is on a real level vs. just being a band....so please keep reading.i'm really just bummed cause the e-books were released out of order so now i'm waiting for book 3 when i already have book 4.
i didnt like the second one as much as the 1st (if you found the first lady nagging you will hate jessica-she is really quite bitchy ) but definitely worth a read
I guess it is so you can understand the next books, but it is my least favorite. I love Double time and like Hot Ticket. I am not a jessica fan nor sed
i loved all the books in this series so far except this one. jessica was really annoying, at some points in the book i just wanted to strangle her.
Well, I loved Backstage pass, liked Rock Hard and was more than dissapointed with Double Time. I pre-purchased Hot Ticket and it just sits in my Kindle Library. Not even really interested in starting it. have read the One Night With Sole Regret series as well - all but the short story that was in the Christmas multi-author book - I have it but am just not interested in reading it. Honestly I think that Olivia's writing has decreased in quality with each book. I thought that Brian and Myrna where HOT! Jessica and Sed not so much. And Double Time was just meh. I 1st thought it was because I wasn't into the menage aspect but after reading several books with a menage theme I decided that isn't it. Maybe it is the M-f-m aspect. Maybe it is because the books are published out of order - real out of order with spoilers for books #3 and #4 in Double Time. I think that the books are VERY over priced for the quality. So, in answer to your question, I would read books #1 and #2 and call it done. Save your money for better books with the Rock Star theme.

Rock Hard was ok I enjoyed it enough, but was more interested in finding out what happened with Brian and Myrna more then anything. Couldn't bring myself to read past the sample on Double Time probably for the same reason as your thoughts of the M-F-M aspect. So I will more then likely put a fork in it and call it done for this series but nobody can take the place of my Brian and Myrna love affair, just really like them together.
I did enjoy it but Jesssica is sort of annoying . . . you can't blame her for being pissed OFF but why can't these 2 sit down & freaking talk!?
you know honestly I liked Rockhard more than Backstage Pass...I liked that Sed loved her from the start, and I agree with all of the above, Jessica was annoying because she never believed he loved her, but I liked the fact that the sex was hot but not bordering on porn hot like Backstage Pass. I liked Brian and I love all the guys honestly which will keep me reading, but im not big on menage. I love Trey too and it kills me she ruins his story by making it be about 3 people instead of just 2. I mean I could care less which one he picks, I just dont think being 'in love' with 2 people and thinking thats going to work as a love match. Maybe I'm just being prudish (which is funny if you knew me). Anyway, these are some really hot hot hot books, and I love the characters! Just watch out lol, definitely erotica.
Was a really good book! All of them are! except I am confused in the reading order because "Book 4" isn't out but "Book 5" is and I am reading "Book 5" but some things are mixed up now and I feel like I am missing alot of plot. Did anyone else have this problem?
Melissa, there is book 3 that's out. That's Jace's story. Its called Hot Ticket. Yes, the books were written and published out of order for whatever reason but, IMO, book 5 (Trey's story) doesn't give that much away other than the fact that both Eric and Jace have mates.
I already read book 3 Hot Ticket was really good I thought. It gave allot of incite to what Jace had happen in his life. I just feel like at the end of Hot Ticket I wanted to know if Eric would be okay. He seemed so heart broken over everyone finding love. Then next thing you know its Tery's book and Eric is with someone. Very strange is all I am saying.
Melissa, I get what you mean. I was reading these in order they were being released so I didn't even give it much thought as I was thinking Trey's story would be the 3rd and last book. I know the author said that she had no say and the publisher decided to release them out of order because, apparently, readers wanted Trey's story ASAP (IMO, it was my least favorite of the series so far but what do I know?). I just don't get why the author WROTE them out of order to begin with?? Whatever. But yes, I agree. Now that I've read all the books that are out, it does seem a bit weird, especially after reading Hot Ticket and not knowing (but in reality actually knowing since Double Time pretty much summed it up) what will happen to Eric. I hope this makes sense. LOL!

If you were torn with the first one, which by the way I loved then you will definitely NOT like the other books!

I think you're missing out, I love all of these books. I've read the first 4 that have been released and wish she would write more about them. The thing with these books is they're all intertwined, you learn more about each character in the other characters books. Also, the author did NOT write them out of order. She has left the publishing company that released these books because they released them out of order for ridiculous reasons. I think you'll be missing out of great stories if you abandon the series.
Thanks Sherry, I wander if it's a hit and miss because I did enjoy the first but not the second, also I find it an expensive exercise if I don't like the next one. It bothered me missing the series but I've moved on now to other authors and series. I'm happy.
I read the books in order. Im on double time now. My favorite is still book one. Im reading the series just so i can finish and be done. Brain and Jace are my favorites of the band. Maybe when Eric and Rebekah's book come out i will see a different side to eric.
This series (Sinners on tour) is wonderful. The problem with the series is that they were released out of sync. 5 was released before 4 so you'll want to wait for 5 before reading 4 but, 1*2*3 are great reads.

I loved how she keeps all the characters involved in each book. Double Time left me hot with Ethan and Trey!!!
I didn't feel like the storyline was strong enough to base a book on. Probably about 10 chapters too long.
I didn't like this one as much as I liked the first, but from reading others responces I'm encoureged to continue with the series...
Clara wrote: "I didn't like this one as much as I liked the first, but from reading others responces I'm encoureged to continue with the series..."The others are much better, double time is one of my favs. read hot ticket next since it finally came out
I have read about 1/3rd of it, and stopped to read other books, havent come back to it. I agree that Jessica was super annoying. So far the series has just be 'ok' to me.. I would not recommend continuuing with this one if you are on the fence
I actually read Rock Hard first. I loved it completely. Since then I pick up everything by Olivia Cunning and follow her blog.
I couldn't finish Jessica and Sed's story. Not a single rational thought between them, just fighting and sex. Not my thing.
Trey story was my least favorite because the heroine bugged the sh*t out of me. I kind of wish Trey (view spoiler).
I felt the first book was hotter to read, but this book actually has a story line that made me want to see more about their personal lives away from each other.
I loved all of the sinners on tour books.cant say which is my favourite tho either the st one or Treya story.
