I do to. I got it free on Amazon. I don't know if it still is though.

Becky (rrrjtl) | 81 comments Yep. I just went and got it today :)

Kayla (kaylawrites89) It's a classic... Most of the classics are free on Amazon. :) I will get my copy for my Kindle today as well.

Sarah (sarah_endipity) IT'S FREE!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!

Kayla (kaylawrites89) So, I've begun reading this and DAAAYYUUUMMMM is it wordy. Interesting read, but wow, really wordy. Anybody else started reading Dorian Gray yet?

Tammy | 2 comments I've been reading. Yes it is wordy, but so far interesting. I am already tiring of the word tremulous! I would be interested to know if there is a modern day author that has used that word!

Kayla (kaylawrites89) haha, I know. I find it intriguing as well. (I have a bit of a full plate book wise this month on top of Dorian Gray) I don't think I've actually thought of reading this book before now. I've read other works by Oscar Wilde for school, but never for pleasure. Though I do find him a fascinating writer.

I'm only on page 12, so I'll be reading more of this book.

Katie, I hope you'll get things going soon for this book. :) Good luck to everyone who decides to read it.

I'm planning on putting them up sometime this week. I haven't had much time to read lately because of work and school so I'm slackin' ;)
The first round of questions will be up by Friday though =)

Kayla (kaylawrites89) Thanks Katie. My offer still stands to help if you would like it. :) You're doing fantastic though.

Kayla (kaylawrites89) The scene I just read, I have to say it... WHAT DRAMA QUEENS! I mean, goodness! It's a bloody painting! Okay, I say no more and go back to my reading.

Worse than the most dramatic diva in the industry....

I don't know if anyone knows but Chapters 1-10 questions are posted. Chapters 1-5 have been up for about a week with no discussion. I don't know if people haven't gotten that far in the book yet or just didn't know they were up.

message 14: by Kayla (new)

Kayla (kaylawrites89) I didn't know they were up.

message 15: by Becky (new)

Becky (rrrjtl) | 81 comments I'm still working on it. Been a busy week. Getting ready to do some reading on it now though :)

message 16: by Becky (new)

Becky (rrrjtl) | 81 comments I'm curious...has anybody else read this book? I'm still working on it due to my Kindle being dead for awhile. One of the drawbacks of not having the actual book. It is a bit of a difficult book to read, but I'm enjoying it.
