Wow, I haven't really read a lot of classics because most of them are too droopy. I read a Shakespeare one when I was 10 which I liked...Still working on Pride and Prejudice which is getting better; it has some humor which I enjoy. Charles Dickens still remains my favorite though because I can really get into his writing and I like it also because some of his style you have to figure out what the meaning and symbolism is. Does C.S Lewis count? Or J.R.R Tolken? I thought both their series were at least 50 years old. I will count that as a classic :)

Everyone I have met whose read this book prefers Charles and I'm just like, "no." I read this after Clockwork Angel because I wanted to see Cassie's inspiration for Will.

Stephi ♥ | 44 comments I am studying A Tale of Two Cities for school, but by choice. so I have to look at the themes. I am nearly finished, so I thought I'd just google the themes just to make sure I d out the hadn't missed any. and I found out the ending, I was depressed all lesson after that. I can't believe that's how it ends. I am now going to retreat into a hole and die. and I haven't even finished it yet! :(

I knew how it would end half way through due to a stupid spoiler. :( One of my favorite books just because Sydney Carton is so...my gosh, his sacrifice! I love him!
