Hello everyone. I'm a new author and new to this group.

I write spy/espionage thrillers, and have one releasing very soon.

What other good things does this group do?

In this group we help encourage, inspire, and give people activities to do when they're not writing. :)

Usually we set a word count goal for ourselves--a number of words that we aspire to reach daily. It's okay if you miss a day, but I (and probably others) find setting a goal and reaching it a rewarding experience.

Yeah, and we also just chat sometimes, too.
I'm a motormouth, don't mind me.

Love the word count concept. I've used it to keep me on track with my writing.

As for the chatting, motormouths are my favorite kind of people.

What about manga-obsessed motormouths?

Yes, my writing style is more like Brad Thor, but the charactors are based on people I have known.
