The picture you are posting has to have a link where it is the only thing on the page. For pictures on your profile, you have to click on 'largest size' above the picture. For pictures from Google you have to click on 'see full size image' When you have done this, copy the link (web address) and paste into this html (without the *)

If the picture doesn’t come up properly, then there is most likely an error in the link or the html. When you post the picture, the dimensions might be wrong and you’ll have to play around with them. (the width and height)
If you do it properly, it should look like this:
