James Joyce Reading Group discussion

Does anyone have plans to celebrate Bloomsday this year? (June 16). There are lots of events in the Bay Area, readings, plays, musical events, etc. Just wondering if anyone else is tuning in. There is always a big to do in Dublin. I'd love to be there someday on June 16.

I live in Dallas/Fort Worth and I have been unable to find any celebrations in this area of yet. If anyone knows please let me know.

i don't know much about what's going on down there, but if you google bloomsday events and include your city, several things usually come up.

I would love to attend a Ulysses reading in chicago...if any fellow readers are out there to link up some info or to join me, post!

i'll see if i can do some research on joyce groups. if i see one in chicago or texas, i'll pass on the news.
