Do you have a favorite character from among the many loveable and not so lovable in Elle Casey's worlds? If you do, are they part of your favorite series or do they stand alone? What makes them such a memorable character for you, and why are they your favorite?

Jayne Sparks...is my favorite---I feel a kindred with her...tho' she's much younger than me...LOL She is an emotional reactor to situations..but she is trying to take care of all her friends. She is sassy.

At this point I am absolutely in love with Bryn from the *Apocalypsis* series, I think she is so incredibly strong when she needs to be, and yet she is vulnerable too. She worries about her friends, she thinks about the bigger picture, she has a strong core of morals and values that guide her, and she is true to her word no matter the personal risk to herself. I love that she can take care of herself, but understands that she needs the company of others, a new 'family', to make her life worthwhile. She shares what she has to help others become stronger, and she tries so hard to resist the urge to become complacent or accepting of her reality. She truly believes she can change the world, even in a small way, by being the example of the kind of change she wants to see in her world.

I just adore the complexity of this character. She is a teenager, yet she understands things many adults don't and never will. She is still faced with many of the challenges that all teens face, which makes her so accessible to readers, yet she also possesses some incredible inner convictions and strength that anyone would envy. She is like the "Elizabeth Bennett" of a whole new Post-Apocalyptic world, so enchanting and likeable, yet flawed in her own way.

Oh I totally agree about Bryn..She really doesn't want to take on the safety of others but yet she does. She is a true hero. Jayne is not the same as Bryn because Bryn has a completely better understanding of the Whole picture in her world than Jayne does. Where Jayne is sassy...Bryn is contemplating. Jayne reacts and has to try and fix her initial action but Bryn is planning and worrying if she is a enough to keep all these people safe etc.
I think I am more like Jayne but I admire Bryn personality more...Jayne is where I am but Bryn would be where I aspire to be...

Tracey, you have really great insights! I can't wait to meet Jayne, I haven't gotten to her yet. LOL. But now I really want to, so badly!

It is difficult to choose between Bryn,Jayne and Sarah, I love that they all strong, spunky, honorable and loyal. If I really, really had to choose, it would be probably be Bryn - she is special.

I also like Ben - dark, sexy and moody, sigh ........

I'm surprised I haven't seen the lovers of Tim in here yet! lol

I love Bryn and Peter but Bodo is really great!

You can't help but love Tim, but after having finished After the Fall, I must say, little Willy is now a firm favourite of mine - adorable little guy - I want him.

I have to take a second from helping my kids with homework to say Spike is my all time favorite supporting character. Love Spike!!!! But of course the leading ladies are amazing and keep the books AAAAmazing!

I absolutely love Tim!! By far the funnest, funniest, most awesome character of all! And with great hair too :)

I am almost done the first of the "War of the Fae" books, and I can see why Jayne is so appealing to so many people. I think I relate more to Bryn still, Jayne is so all over the map, hilarious and ballsy, and the bravado is too funny, but she is also less 'together' which makes her so lovable. They are definitely opposite sides of the same coin though.

Tim is my favourite character, he make me laugh all the time! But little Willy is also great! Bryn is definitely my favourite of the female protagonists, she is just amazing!

My favorite character reminds me a lot of me. The tattooed bad boy who plays it cool and gets the girl in the end..... Can any one guess who he is?

Jayne!!! I love, love, love her. In fact, I still miss her. I haven't seen her in 9 months. I should totally call her.

So funny! It's like having a somewhat Tourette's like girlfriend shouting combinations of the F-word with everything from fruit to nuts. Jayne is hysterical.

My favorite character by far is Chase, I want a Team Chase T-Shirt still. Just saying. But I also really like Rob and Paci from Apocalypsis.

I really liked Rob and Paci too---i was voting Paci over Bodo even though I did not want to see anything happen to Bodo.

I loved Paci too, I felt exactly the same as you Tracey! Oh and Rob, I too am Team Chase! I love a bit of Angel.

It is a tie between Tim and Jayne. Willy and his polly-balls and Spider-Nakies are up there too!

I love Jayne. I love that someone who is just herself, who doesn't have to be all girly and feminine, who doesn't try to be someone she isn't, is so loveable. I love to see someone valued for who they are.

Balls! William Stratford has destroyed me for all other men, and seriously can soak my panties in 2.5!

Bryn is by far my favorite. I love a bad a$$ female!!!
