That one is a self portrait. He did a few portraits where he turned people into different fantasy, science fiction and horror characters.

He does illustrations and comics plus different custom work every now and again.

He reminds me of Saruman, for some reason. Powerful looking dude!

He's using different mediums to color. That cover was first done in ink, then colored with watercolors and enhanced on gimp. He uses acrylic as well, but not on covers.
you can find his comic, Fire Heat, at undercandlelight.com (I'm on my tablet so I can't give a hyperlink) in science fiction section. I just posted the last page of it yesterday. There is one more page with background information I'll be posting next week, but the comic itself is all there now.
