I just recently got into the angel genre. I had been a little hesitant to do so, because I know there are several generic "fallen-angel-brooding-but-secretly-good-guy" books out there. But when my friend won an ARC of Boundless by Cynthia Hand, I decided to give it a shot and I wasn't disappointed! The entire series is very compelling.
Now, I'm currently in the middle of Immortal City by Scott Speer. Its take on angels is drastically different from the Unearthly series, but is very good as well and nicely written. I can hardly put it down! Definitely add it to your to-read shelf if you're into the angel literature or if you just wanna give something new a try. I love it!!!

I am currently reading Freak of Nature by Julia Crane and it has been a blast so far! I can't seem to put it down. :D
I'm currently reading three right now:
(a selection for class. I like it so far.)
(I started this over the weekend and am finding myself disappointed in it. I almost quit reading it, but I'm going to make it through the last 90 pages.)
(I love Rick Riordan's books. I'm about 60 pages in.)
Ooh, I loved The Red Pyramid! I'm an archaeology junkie, so i found the Egyptian spin awesome. I hope you really like it!
Just got the new Warriors book, The Sun Trail. I was going to finish The Book Thief first but...that didn't happen. Lol!
I'm reading
, which isn't great, but I'm still enjoying it.I'm also reading
, which is living up to all the good things I've heard about it, and reading
, which I'm doing a chapter by chapter read where I post my thoughts as each one goes by. Next, I want to reread
and read
Haha, I bet that's a lot of chapter reviewing, as far as City of Bones is concerned. Have you already read The Mortal Instruments? I noticed you were reading the Infernal Devices series a while ago...
Pandemonium and Water for Elephants are both excellent reads. You'll enjoy them. ^.^
Currently, I'm reading Plain Paradise by Beth Wiseman. (I love Amish fiction books, lol. We started reading the series in the other group I'm a part of.)
Once I'm done with that series, I'm going to start reading Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi or Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo. I'm not sure which yet!

I've finished all the Mortal Instruments books out so far, and I have Clockwork Princess on my bookshelf right now. I'm going to read that sometime after the ones above because those are all BOTMs of other groups. And, yeah, I'm going to post my thoughts on chapter 9 soon, and my posts are getting longer as the story progresses. I'm doing that because I wanted to reread City of Bones (because its a BOTM of two groups this month), but I wanted to read it differently.
Just finished Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi and Juliette is really starting to grate on my nerves!
Now on to City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare! Just got it in from the library.

I'm slowly making my way through The Mortal Instruments series. I'm on City of Glass at the moment and I've already placed a hold on City of Fallen Angels at the library!
Still making my way through The Mortal Instruments series! I'm over halfway through with City of Lost Souls. I have a feeling the wait for City of Heavenly Fire will be a long one. D:
I've been meaning to read Vampire Academy for ages now. Sooo many books to read!
But that's a good problem to have! ;D
But that's a good problem to have! ;D
I've just finished The Maze Runner and I'll start The Scorch Trials soon. You should read this trilogy. The first was very good.
Is The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time for school, Kaitlin?
And I'll always be an Adam lover. :P

There's a list of books in my AP comp class that my teacher created. Every day, we read for about fifteen minutes, and the only books we can read is from that list. I've heard a lot of good things about that book, so I decided to give it a try.
Ah, I see. We had something similar to that when I was in AP back in high school. Only we had to choose one to read every six weeks and write a paper over it. We never got to read in class. :(
I like Adam and Juliette together, too. ;)
And Forbidden looks really good! Be sure to tell me what you think of it when you finish!

I'll let you know as soon as I finish it. I bet it's a tear jerking book
I'm currently reading "Clockwork Prince" by Cassandra Clare, and it still never ceases to blow me away!

I think I'll always be an Adam fan, lol. Glad you liked both of them, though! Be sure to tell me how Mila 2.0 is! I've been wanting to read it!

Starting:
better late than never
I'm reading
right now. While they're fun reads, they can be ridiculously predictable at times. I guessed who Oliver was crushing on in the first couple of chapter and I wasn't even to page 100 when I figured out who the Reaper was. C'mon, Gwen. If you can survive a freakin' avalanche you can put two and two together!
But other than that, it's good. XD

I just started reading Delirium. I am also reading The Children of Green Knowe and listening to The Restaurant at the End of the UniverseAnd I had to add Angelfall to my to-be-read list. I have never heard of it before, but it sounds interesting.
