The outer part of the school.

Katerina was relieved when English ended that she ran to the gates, to remember she was supposed to meet Lex and Rachel. "Damn it" she said the air knocking out of her chest. I want to go home, I hate being exposed plus I need to talk to Thorn. Soon.

Rachel was lazily padding through the woodland side of the school, in the form of a fox ((http://cdn.c.photoshelter.com/img-get...)). It was two o'clock and she was waiting by the gate when she saw Katerina run up, but she couldn't see her. So Rach skipped over and nudged Katerina's leg with her nose.

"Ohh wohww, hey there buddy" She bent down rubbing the fox's Scruff. "Wonder what a pretty fox like you is doing wandering around campus" This is strange, she has a wolf dog herself but she's never such a peaceful actual wolf in her life.

Sticking her tongue out, Rachel licked at Kat's leg a few times affectionately before back-tracking and shifting back into her human form. "Well it helps that I go to school here."

Katerina stumbled back a few steps obviously stunned. "jees, that was wicked. what is it with this town?" She said giving into her heavy british accent that she tries to conceal often. She can't think straight. "You licked me dude! and I thought I was weird!" What the hell? how can she trust me like that?

Rolling her eyes, Rachel pushed her hair behind her ear. "Don't be such a girl. I think like a fox when I'm in that form." She explained, not embarrassed at all.

Miranda skunked outside and the same jock grom the cafeteria grabbed her and pinned her up against the wall.

"Bloody hell. Vanishing chick, super reflexes dude and a shape shifter! All in one bloody day" giving in completely now for her English roots. She turned to the left, speak of the devil! " that one attracts trouble like a reeking steak" Said Katerina " think she needs help?" She said turning to Raechel.

Miranda whimpered as he tightened his grip on her hips. She looked away from him, but he jerked her head back

A small sigh fell from her lips as Rachel headed towards the two. Shifting into a wolf, she felt her body mutate and her teeth snapped down on his arm, jerking him away from Miranda.

The jock ran off, screaming. Miranda fell in a heap on the ground as soon as he let go. She rad breathing heavily and her cheeks were red and soaked in tears.

Katerina didn't just there, she followed him with her brain " never do that again, you'll get caught. " she thought to herself or to his mind anyway. Inception is as easy as painting a cloud. She walked straight Miranda " Get up. " no one should see Miranda in that state.

It took a lot of effort, but Miranda stood. She had scratches on her arms and face due to the rough bark of the tree.

" We won't carry you, will attract unnecessary attention so I'll call Thorn to pick us up unless you have a car parked somewhere, do you need to be in a hospital? " Katerina was all business now, they have to get out of here.

Miranda shook her head but felt dizzy. "We should go. Seriously. Wolf attack could.. Authority"she mumbled, falling against the tree.

Katerina got out her Phone,
Dialed and waited for her brother to pick up. "Thorn, i've got your vanishing girl here, we need a ride" she looked Towards Miranda " Fast, she's hurt" she hung up.

Shifting back into her human form Rachel rushed forward, gently taking hold of Miranda's arm and inspecting it. "It's bad." She murmured to herself.

" It will have to wait. The hospital is no where near walking distance. Nor is our houses, plus she's too shaky to move " Katerina said looking at the distance no sympathy in her voice. She's not the sympathetic type, first things first.

Turning her back to Miranda, Rachel focused on Katerina, the smallest of smiles playing on her lips. "You look like you're enjoying this wayyy too much."

" Not enjoying, but not particularly sorry either, if it had to happen to someone then..." She didn't want to hurt the girl even more so she shut up mid sentence. " Where the hell is Lex? If he doesn't show up, he'll need to find another place to crash" She was trying to get herself distracted.

She shrugged. "I could easily bite your arm so you two can sympathise and be all buddy buddy together in hospital" Giggling, Rachel turned around and focused back on Miranda. "How bad does it hurt?"

Miranda was in so much pain and she blacked-out.

" Great, now we'll have to carry her " She said, just as Thorn was pulling in. He parked and started towards them. " What happened" he asked breathlessly. " What the hell is she " Katerina cut in " Let's not jump to conclusions now shall we? She blacked out " He was going to ask what happened, "Hospital. Now Thorn. Story time later." Katerina wanted to get out of here as soon as possible.
