Reader's Choice Book Club--Frisco Public Library discussion

Bet you can't read "Lots of Candles, Plenty of Cake" without finding something -- or lots of somethings -- that resonate with you. I loved the chapter on "Girlfriends." I say girlfriends save marriages. Quindlen says, "Friends are what we women have in addition to, or in lieu, therapists." Friendship for women means emotional sharing and talking. I get that!
