Calling all Empaths and friends discussion

Here's a space where anyone can share fun, interesting experiences they had or are having as a empath or non-empath:D?

OK I got one- I was at this fashion show-all happy and excited for the show to start laughing playing around with some friends. And next thing I know I'm feeling a sick-like-feeling like I got to thrown-up to needing some air. I just stop talking and sat there. I sat through the feeling, but then the participants comes out and to do their little act-I'm still feeling a little sick-ish, but then as the participants are half way through their act, the sick-ish feeling slowly goes away.Have you all had similar feelings
