Here's the guidelines for creating a charrie... Basically, the form you just copy and paste and fill in:

can answer almost ANY QUESTION GIVEN
Other random stuff:
can blur out and faint easily
has a really good scene of hearing
never likes to wear makeup
can get upset over things for a LONG time
