I've had this book in my To Read pile for, um... too long. It's as good a time as any to finally crack it open, eh?
I finished it over the weekend and really liked it - especially The Story of the Eldest Princess and the last story. Adding lots of A. S. Byatt books to my reading list now. (I'm especially curious to read Possession, which I heard incorporates one of the stories from Nightingale.)
How are you all liking it? Do you have any favorites among the stories?

From what I understand, Possession also incorporates the Rumpelstiltskin tale.I liked the Story of the Eldest Princess too, and I also remember the one about the guy with the glass key? (Unfortunately, it's been several years, so all the details are a bit blurry.)
If you're looking for something else along the same lines as this book, Elementals: Stories of Fire and Ice is another Byatt fairy tale anthology. I really liked both books, so I don't know why I haven't picked up more books of hers to read.

Who's reading?
I just picked up a copy from the library.
Happily, this book should be pretty easy for folks to locate at their libraries or bookstores (at least compared to the out-of-print Endicott books).
