Hi, just attempting to leave my footprint on this social reads website so thought to make one group which would unite us (indian readers). I know their are couple of groups out there, but I think with the quality of friends I have, we could make it more interactive/informative group for all of us.
About me, well I'm from Mumbai, India. Attempting to enter into the readers club, I'm very bad at reading, so just found the interest off late and jumped into it seriously.

Hi all! I'm Marc Joan -- English, but brought up in India, mostly, so I hope I just about qualify to be here...My background -- biomedical research / biotech / pharma, now consulting. I also write fiction, when I can: some of my stories are inspired by my research career, and therefore tend towards the scifi; others are inspired by my memories of India; others tend towards the horror genre; and others are straight-up literary fiction.
