This is just a question. Do the characters have to be accepted before RPing?

Usually they are, and you can tell people to add more stuff before they can RP and stuff :D

I agree with Kristin. Gotta have some restrictions or people will start RPing with Incomplete characters.

Yep. just befor the dorm threads, there is an apply for a dorm thingo, and one of the mods will make it :D
