the hunters are the ones against the outcast they hunt the outcast

the outcast are the special ones the ones with abilities the ones that get hunted by the hunters

the rebels are the ones who help the outcasts with supplies and things they are against the hunters

the normals are the ones who have no idea about the rebels the hunters or the outcasts and then they get stuck in the middle of it

the loyalist are the ones who chose to be on the side of the hunters they are not hunters but help them to get infomation ect

the people given the chemical are usually rebels, the rebels created the chemical for rebels who wanted abilites so they could be more useful

What about the new characters? The people altered by chemicals?
