Scarlet had been sat silently in the back of the room for a while, she had been directed to watch and analyse, and attempt by herself the jobs a field operative would have to do, seeing as she wished to make the cut, and it was definitely possible, it was only her previous criminal charges that held her back.

"He's going to need to study that for a good hour before he'll know it all," Scarlet sighed getting up from her seat, walking over to the desk at which they both stood, and she soon found herself perched on the desk, watching them both.
"Where in Italy are you going?" she asked easily, not particularly looking at them, but more at her nails, examining them in a bored fashion.
"Oh, if you're wondering why I'm here, Q sent me to watch," she added airily, as if it were a second though, "trying to get operative status,"

((Ignore Scarlet, all good x3))
Scarlet leant over and picked up his file, quickly casting her eye over it, committing it all to memory almost instantly.
"What football team do you support?" she asked idly, knowing that football would probably come into conversation, seeing as it was one of the favourite sports of Italy.

Scarlet nodded vaguely, "Wine or beer?" she muttered in a bored tone, she wished it was a possibility that she could join, she was probably qualified, she could speak Italian, and she had the right appearance, due to her Hispanic looks, it was not too far from Italian.
"You were raised in Dublin, you'd look like an idiot drinking wine," she sighed, looking up to him with a raised eyebrow.
"You may be Italian, but you are really Irish" she stated, before returning her gaze to the profile.

"Ma'am," Scarlet started, not sure whether she should continue or not, but decided to, "Do you think it'd be possible for me to accompany you on this?" she asked, her voice was confident, and her eye-contact did not waver, she knew if she wanted to get into the field, she'd have to get noticed.
