It is 2100 and the world has been recovering from a nuclear war for decades. Most life has gone back to normal. Oh, of course there are still places where the buildings are smoldered and the land is bare, but a lot of places have been regrown, as well.
There is just one major problem that this nuclear war has caused, a problem no one has found a solution for. The Specials.
Now, some humans have other names for them, much nastier names, but this is what they are technically called. Humans who have reacted very strangely to the nuclear chemicals.
It can be hereditary, even if the parents weren't Special, they still had the chemicals inside of them, their bodies just didn't react.
Special have mutated into creatures no one ever thought was possible outside of T.V., they have abilities that blow their own minds.
Some humans think they are a threat, however, and will do anything to exterminate them. Which are you? Nice human, bad human; nice Special, bad Special? It is all up to you.
