Hi, Stacy. This is awesome. Thanks for forming this group. I have a couple of books needing reviews. I'm not sure how info to share so I'll post a blurb. I can give a code to Smashwords where a free download of any format version is available. Thanks again for the opportunity.
The first is titled (the cover GR shows is different)"THE PERFECT SOLUTION" in it--Anger destroys a relationship.;A teenaged babysitter decides to go to college. A single parent places her child in daycare. A three year old is mistakenly given to a stalker by his pre-school teacher. A suspenseful analysis of choices and how those choices affect the people around us.
"I placed the most precious thing in my life in your handsand you people did not take your job seriously." These are the words of the distraught mother when she learns of the abduction of her child.
When Saturday mornings rolled around Catrine Teddi would bring her three year old son Brhin to eat breakfast at McDonald's. It was an established routine to mark a day of errands and bonding. She never paid attention to Mona Boots sitting in the shadows across the play yard watching the little boy.
Mona, deciding she wanted Brhin as her own, spent weeks stalking him and his mother. In her delusion to finally do something right in her life she enters The Perfect Solution Childcare Center and leaves with Brhin-Kristoffer Teddi in her arms. It's a choice she is prepared to defend.
The Perfect SolutionThe second book is THE FISHING TRIP When do you cross the line from being the 'hero' to becoming the monster? Durham killed his abuser at the age of ten. As an adult and tired of pedophiles having free reign on innocent children, he decides to take the law into his own hands. His fishing excursions are to die for. Growing up as an abused child himself, Durham now considers himself to be an avenger of stolen innocence.
The Fishing Trip is a trial by water, execution and deliverance of retribution. Set in Shiningbal, Texas where the perverted go to disappear; sexual abuse of children is the norm and when the legal system only increases the violation, this isn't the time for redemption to play nice.
With the help of Penny Brooks and the unsuspecting aid of the local sheriff, he returns to Shiningbal and confronts those who destroyed the lives of young children. In doing so he exposes a secret and sets off a chain of events that causes more chaos than he ever thought possible.

Hi Ey,
Glad to see you here! Spread the word around to anyone you feel interested! I am sure some reviewers will pop in as the group goes along. I will be promoting it to readers and reviewers so they know that they can come in and seek books to review.
I know it's incredibly hard to find places for us mystery authors to get reviews. We don't have as many options as other genres, especially when it comes to book blogs.
Stay sweet!

Hello all, I go by Jim most of the time, write under J Drew. I have a thriller that came out as both e-book and print version a few months ago titled "War Party." A synopsis is below. Links to the various published versions are all at my website, www.jdrewbrumbaugh.com. For a review copy, e-mail me through the website and I'll send a pdf version. Thanks for this group.
War Party Synopsis:
In a world where dreams are belittled and apathy has become a staple, War Party proves that one unlikely hero can still make a difference. Tommy Galiwee, a native-American teen, wants desperately to be a warrior despite having been taught that Indian warriors no longer exist. Criticized and harassed by his father and tribal elders, Tommy sets out to prove he is much more than an idle dreamer.
Driven by a mysterious vision and seeking to fulfill his dream, Tommy will lead a group of rag-tag friends on an adventure they will never forget; an adventure that will find them pitted against a group of well-funded modern day terrorists determined to seize and destroy the tiny town of Finkle Creek just outside the boys’ reservation. In War Party this one young man will find the inner strength to follow his vision, to do the right thing and prove that true Indian spirit and courage still exists.
Hello all,My name is Kristi and I have two Suspense novels out. One is more Romantic Suspense,

Hello, everyone. What a wonderful, supportive group! I write in two genres, contemporary romance as Karen Docter (which has no place here, I know, but my Goodreads page is under this name :) ) and romantic suspense as K.L. Docter. I released the first book in my new Thorne's Thorns series, Killing Secrets, April 2014 and would love to find reviewers here.Blurb:
Some secrets are better left dead.
Rachel James’ ex-husband is released from prison determined to reclaim her and her little girl — the child is his key to controlling the James fortune. Frightened, Rachel flees to Denver with the child who hasn’t uttered a word since her daddy went to prison.
Contractor Patrick Thorne wants nothing to do with another of his parents’ charity cases. He failed his own wife so abysmally she took her own life as well as his unborn son’s. After two years, it’s time to concentrate on the bid he’s won and the saboteur trying to destroy his construction firm.
There is no room for trust in either of their hearts. But trust is all that will untangle the secrets that dominate their lives, free a little girl of her silent prison, and save them all from a serial killer who stands too close.
(A Thorne's Thorns Novel, @110,000 words)

My first novel, A Single Step, is the first book in The Grayson Trilogy and is soon to be followed by, Before the Dawn. The last in the series will be Thicker that Water. The blurb for A Single Step reads:
‘The gun continued to be levelled at me. “Answer it...but don’t tell him I’m here or he’ll get to listen to you die.” That concentrated my mind considerably, and as I reached for my phone I came up with a plan...’
Emma Grayson was left devastated when her life was torn apart by tragedy and betrayal. Now someone believes it’s time for her to start again and puts an advert for a job through her door which leads her to the Melton Estate. Despite her desire for a solitary existence she finds herself discovering a life she could never have imagined, challenging her independence, her fears and her resistance to love.

THE SHIMMERING STONES OF WINTER'S LIGHT
“Ye have been here before, child. Ye cannot deny it.”
As an infant, Gwynneth Morys was left in a basket on the steps of a simple cottage in the South of Wales. Now, the kindly couple who raised her have died; she is an orphan once again, totally alone in the world with only her odd, recurring dreams—dreams of a towering mansion on the moors…a beautiful lady in a pale green gown…a tall man whose dark eyes speak of love.
Bereft of funds and family, Gwynneth has no choice but to accept the only offer of work to come her way—a position as a companion to an elderly woman in the North of Wales. And as Gwynneth approaches the many-turreted manor house rising out of the mist, close by the fog-enshrouded moors and still closer to the roiling sea, she knows that this is the place she has dreamed of all her life.
But not even in her dreams was Gwynneth aware of the tragic death of Lady Jane’s only daughter, or the dark desire for vengeance that still burns in the old woman’s heart. Nor does she guess that an enemy—her enemy—lurks among the shadowy towers, waiting for her to climb a certain flight of stairs to the one turret from which there could be no escape…and no one to hear her plea for mercy.

Finding DreamsHi all,
I'd like to introduce my new book, Finding Dreams which is a romantic/suspense book. I love writing about old houses, intelligent heroines, historical mysteries, and, of course, scrumptious heroes.
I'd love it if you'd check out my book, and the others I have written (Finding Home and Finding Secrets - all three are standalone books). Please leave a review or a rating if you do. Thanks very much!

Blurb: Lizzie Greene is about to lose everything when her husband suddenly dies and his debts come to light. To make ends meet she opens up her quirky old house to be used as a set for a film based on a bestselling romance novel. Her life and household are turned upside down when a whole cast of colourful characters enters her family's lives: from an enigmatic author, a handsome location scout, a brooding director, to a heart-throb leading man, never mind her now ex-mother-in-law camped out in her drive.
As Lizzie delves deeper into the film's book, all is not as it seems.
Will her desire to save her house and unravel the secrets of the past lead to new love, or to mortal danger?
Hi everyone. I write mysteries in a sort of in-between style with more violence and a tougher tone than cozy novels, but clean language only and no onstage sex. I currently have thirteen novels in my Roger and Suzanne mystery series available from Amazon Kindle, with #14 due out in a month or so. All of the books are available from Kindle Unlimited, which counts as an Amazon Verified Purchase for reviewers. Any of the books can be read as a standalone mystery; the characters recur in the books but the plots are complettely self-contained. None of the four most recent novels (Tahoe Trauma, A Train to Nowhere, Dangerous Drugs and Dexterous Dogs, and Roger and the Cancelled Czech) has made it past eight reviews yet, so I'd appreciate any volunteers to read and review any (or all) of these books. I can e-mail freebies of any of the books in mobi format for any reviewers not enrolled in KU. I'd also be willing to swap honest reviews with other authors if tthat would be prefererable. E-mail me at jerry758@yahoo.com or reply ro this post if you are interested or if you have any questions. Thank you.
