This is our planned reading and discussion schedule for Jorge Luis Borges’ Short Stories.

Each story can be found in English in either his Fictions (aka ‘Ficciones’) collection or the Penguin edition, Collected Fictions. Most of these stories can also be found in the New Directions edition, Labyrinths. Fictions is a compilation of two earlier books, ‘The Garden of Forking Paths’ (1941) and ‘Artifices’ (1944). A good Borges Bibliography can be found here:
