Endangered discussion

Kola walked out into the snow.

Artemis was chewing listlessly on an old bone.

Kola saw Artemis.

Thunder ran through the snow, enjoying the wind and snow flying through his fur.

Narina was camouflage in the snow, but she saw other wolves.

Shock ran next to him.

starfall strolled over to narina, holding a dead rabbit in his jaws. he set it down beside the camoflouged narina, and laid down next to her, rubbing muzzels with her.
((is it okay if starfall is leader of pack and crush with narina?))

Narina rubbed her head on his back.

Shock put her nose to the ground. She smelled the scent of a deer, not too old.

starfall bit the head off the rabbit and gave the rest to narina, nuzzling her and making all the unmated females jealous of narina.
"it's almost mating season."

Narina smiled she couldn't wait for mating season, she had always wanted pups. "I can't wait." she said eating the rabbit.

Shock smiled and howled. Thunder joined in, and they ran faster, brother and sister working in a perfect team.

Maroon dashed through the woods and took down an elk.
He howled.

"maroon! it's your turn on watch! shock, thunder! find food for the females!" starfall ordered.

then starfall continued grooming narina.

Shock tackled the deer and Thunder howled his answer back through the trees. "Already on it!"

Narina finished the rabbit then licked her paws clean, "What should I do?" she asked, she really wanted to help.

Maroon growled. "Not listening, as usual." He dragged the elk to the pack's clearing.

"you, can help me build the new nursery. have to have a place for the pups, right? the old one's starting to smell." starfall said. he growled contententedly.

((after we build nursery, someone add a bit of action.))

"Ok," Narina said overjoyed.

starfall looked at maroon. maroon was his best fighter, but he couldn't have maroon grumbling and complaining all the time.

Maroon snarled and blasted away.

Thunder and Shock ran back with the deer. "got it!" Shock said.

starfall went to go find a cave nearby and called over his shoulder,
"find sticks, twigs, and dried moss."

as starfall was walking through the forest, he found it. safe and hidden, right behind the clearing, perfect.

Narina went and found all the sticks, twigs, and moss she could find.

Thunder dropped the deer down. Shock was licking the blood off her paws.

Kola padded into camp, his shoulder scratched. He didn't say anything or act like he was hurt, he just went aroudn like he looked petrfectly.

Shock looked over. "Hey Kola! Whoa...what'd you do?"

Kola looked up at her. "I kinda had a run in with a she-bear and her cubs" he smiled.

Narina put all the things she gathered in a pile then went to find Starfall.

Shock smiled. "Nice."

Narina walked over to Kola and Shock, "Wow." she said looking at Kola's wound.

Kola shrugged. "she was half-starved, an her cubs were about the size of newborn pups" he chuckled.

Shock laughed. "Well I have some deer, if you want it."

Narina stared at his wound, "It looks bad are you ok?"

"Really? Thanks" Kola smiled.

Narina felt she was not in the conversation so she left.

starfall ran over to narina.
"i've found the perfect little cave, it's sheltered, and right behind the camp. follow me!" he growled happily.

Narina followed him excitedly.

starfall licked her, and when they got to the cave, he looked at her, anxious for her opinion.

"It's perfect!" she said walking inside amazed.

starfall breathed.
"let's go get the moss and sticks." he said, walking back to camp.

"Ok follow me they are over here," she said.

starfall ordered thunder to watch kola, and shock to help with the moss and sticks. he grabbed a mouthful and started dragging it.
"get some mothers to help instruct the building. i've never been inside an occupied nursery." his voice came muffled around the moss.

Narina grabbed some stuff in her mouth a brought it to the nursery.

when the nursery was done, starfall breathed a sigh of relief.
"mating season is in three days. it's almost time to mate and have cubs." he said excitedly.

Narina ribbed her face to his and smiled.

starfall suddenly turned serious.
"i smell intruders. hurry, narina, get back to camp. shock, go find all the other warriors. we need to be ready." he ran back to the camp, ordered all the females and cubs into the nursery cave, and ordered five warriors to guard the entrance. starfall prowled with the remaining warriors to meet the intruders.
