I end up watching half of the second film every year when they put in on during Christmas. Actually this year I got to the the third and then missed the ending :(

it is an excellent movie both in story and making you should watch it ASAP :)

Hello all, I am a new reader like completed only some books, so any suggestions for me?? from where i should start?

start reading from the light stuff and move towards heavy stuff. get yourself used to reading and inshallah you will pick up speed in no time.

I once tried to read gothic literature but after twilight Memnoch, i guess, was the name.... that had me put a stop to that genre :-(

That is a good question. I ask myself the same question... Answer nahi mila abhi tak. :/

I like Anne rices story for her tragic characters and her honesty to her characters. She doesn't write what she thinks the character should do. She doesn't take liberties just to redeem the character in the end. I truly feel the character dictate the course of the story. And her inclusion of ancient history adds fascination to her books. I love her ability to write a book that spans centuries with such seamless wonder.

Oh God.... Now you are enticing me to read Anne Rice with such praises :-(;-):-P

Well they are long books, ranging from 600-1000 pages in hardcover!

Hmmm let's see, interview with a vampire is the first of the Vampire chronicles. If you don't want to start a "series" I would recommend you read servant of the bones! Even though the vampire chronicles are stan alone, they are continuations of their lives, past and present. But servant of the bones is the first book I read of Anne's, and instantly fell in love with her writing.

Hmm... servant of the bones it is then:-).... as soon as i get free from my papers i'll start this :-)

@sohiab, I was planning to give my graduation treat for you guys in Islamabad, but now thinking that i should change venue to Lahore. :/

I won't be starting any series soon, i got finals next week. i'll these last exams too InshAllah, then after wards full time party scene till convocation. I'll probably start some new series after convocation. :)

@Faheem Ohhhh.... I thought papers bhi hogae hain... wellllll... I fear to ask how's prep going??.... Fear coz my own papers are about to start and you may ask me too ;P
