Hello Billy. Is the lead character, Detective Placey, modeled after yourself or anyone you worked with when you were a police officer? Did you ever have a female partner like Isis? I loved her character.

Josephine, good questions! No, Detective Placey is not me, but is loosely based on a real life detective whom I know. Isis is actually a compilation of several different women, a couple of which I did have the pleasure of working with. Glad you enjoyed the book. Thank you!-Billy

That is possible Josephine, depending on the overall feedback and success of 'Ice Cold.' I am currently working on a thriller/drama for my next project, so we will see.
