Travel Writing discussion

I'm a bit confused about what to put in the topic boxes. How can you have a topic about a topic? lol

Anyway, I was going to say that I have completed the proof checking and indexes (general and recipe) for All Along the River and it has been dispatched to the printers. Was delighted with the galley proofs; quite a few full page colour pics. It's a fairly large format paperback with 60 pics all up.

For newcomers to the group, the information about Pauline's book found its way by mistake into the topic 'Information about this folder'.
Anyway, just a reminder, the river in question is the Thames.

I know Pauline is very busy on a promotional tour at the moment so I'd just like to say here that All Along the River: Tales from the Thamesis now out.

Hi,and thanks Hilda. The book was launched at Marlow Library on August 6th. Had an exciting time in London last week signing copies at Stanfords and Blackwells. Has just been reviewed in the Oxford Times, along with a couple of pics so that was good.
