Same here.. I caught up on the Ron Lim era, during the early 90s, and well apart of the THanos arc, Ive not read much on that title.

Opinion-idea: Wouldnt it be rather nice to share the part where Silver surfer acts as teh saviour of human kind when Galactus come to devour the earth, the Mythical Moebious was behind that, I think as part of a tribute from Stan Lee. . .

I would love to join the read along for Silver Surfer and Spider-Man. I think it would be interesting to know what everyone thinks of each issue.

I've always liked Marvel's cosmic heroes and in particular the Silver Surfer. I would love to take part in this.

Been busy lately, please excuse my absence on the discussions, but numero uno was pretty great, I had no idea there was this much of a background on the character, first time reading the origin story, me gusta! haha

Hi Dave. I am Richard the new moderator. I'm going to continue this Buddy Reads Silver Surfer and Spider-Man if there are more interests.

That's fantastic. Earlier this year I received the Roger Stern Spider-Man Omnibus and those are just fantastic to read. Very hefty though to carry around but it's great to sit down with some coffee on a free weekend afternoon.

Right now I am reading the writer after Roger Stern. I am reading the Tom DeFalco Amazing Spider-Man after Roger Stern left the series and reading it in conjunction with the first Web of Spider-Man series.

I am actually going to post my reviews of them here in the Reviews topics a little later today after lunch.
