This is where any "Kira worshipers," come to discuss their, "plans." This means, if your character that you have is pro-kira, then start discussing evil plans to take over the world and distroy the anti-kira forces. (This includes the Shinigami who are attached to Kira.)

Anyone who is Anti-Kira shouldn't look into this. It's cheating and spoils the fun!
