Welcome, Mary. I hope so too!

Nibble! We are strictly nibblers, but you would like my short story "Beware the Sand Sharks". Also "Crabby and Chad" Crab plus fish and a lot of pinching going on. LOLDon
@Mary: I'm extremely versatile. Your wish is my command.
Welcome to Donna and Rebecca! Two of my most favorite people in the world! Thanks so much for joining! Rebecca: You should listen to Donna's interview on my site: http://2012writersalive.blogspot.com/...
And Donna, Rebecca's been on three times. Both of you are in the Top Ten most listened to podcasts. I can only imagine what it would be like sitting between you two and trying to be my typically, humble self. lol.

Donna, How great is that for a shared experience. Writers Alive interviews are the best. I wonder why? Think it could be the host? I will definitely listen to Donna's interview soon as I get done listening to my Motown music :)
Hooray, my book, "Connect the Dots" is now on Kindle Fire. This is new for me. Hope I'm doing the right thing. :-}D.P.S. At least it's in color.
Authors Anonymous...I love it! Thanks for the invitation, Conrad. You were so very professional during my interview on Writers Alive that I know this group will be nothing less. :-)
Thanks, Melda! Glad to be in touch with you again. I really enjoyed interviewing you about Lime.

I'm spending this morning shopping for baby shower gifts for my first grandchild. Priorities!

I haven't listened to Rebecca's interviews as yet, but I know myself so with that in mind I'll bring you a pair of earplugs should you ever get "squeezed" between the two of us!

I've just joined Goodreads and the group. Just added my first book, Pauline's Perils of Perplexity. Having trouble getting reviews and sales, sigh. Working on 2nd book, job hunting and resume wrting. Anybody have any good marketing ideas for young adult eBooks? What am I missing?
Hello all, pleased to meet you. I've made a few comments without introducing myself, my name is Linda Collison (not Collision, though I'm thinking of changing my name. I was the April Fool guest on Conrad Johnson's WritersAlive podcast and I appreciate his time, talent and interest. I write historical fiction, contemporarty fiction featuring young adults, speculative fiction and nonfiction. Pleased and happy to be here!
Thanks, Linda. I in no way tried to imply that you were the April Fool in my review of your short story, Friday Night and the Knife and Gun Club. I was trying to revive Mr. T from the old A Gang TV show. Remember that one? He always used to say "Pity the fool" just before they went to kick some ass. And your story certainly did that. If I were you, I wouldn't change my name to Collision. Bad luck for a sailor :)
Hello! Longtime writer, first-time Goodreads-er. I read your group's rules and thought I might like it here. Can I play?

Good question, L.S. I wish, along with zillions of other new and old authors, had an easy answer for you.

Funny. When I was teaching high school, I had two identical twin brothers who used to skip my class and send in their double to 'cover' for them. A student tipped me off cuz teenagers like to brag, ya know, so I finally got them side by side and learned to tell the difference between based on a neck freckle one of them had. So that's the way I took attendance--by checking freckles.
