question - what was the purpose for the visit from Joe's ex (I forget her name)? We don't hear about her again for the rest of the book. Since Joe lost his job, I thought they (Joe and his ex) might team up in some kind of business, which would make another interesting angle.

I completely agree with you, Shawn. My only guess is that the mentioning of Joe's ex is the start of possible obstacles to come between Lindsay and Joe. We'll find out sooner or later.

When I read the 12th of Never, I liked the second half of the book more than the first. I also forgot this series has cliff hangers at the end of the book. I can't wait to read book 13. I'm anxious to find out what is going to happen.

Unlucky 13 coming out May 5, 2014

Picking up 12th of Never this morning. Been on waiting list for over 3 months so this must be a really good story. Looking forward to reading it. Most of his books read so easy that I can finish in a day or two.

12th of Never was absolutely amazing. I finished it within a few days. I can't wait for Unlucky 13 to come out. I am currently reading Gone, the latest installment of the Michael Bennett series. Wishing you all the best. Happy reading! :)

Loved 12th of Never. Currently reading, Cross My Heart. Hubby works for Hachette who publishes and distributes his books. I get them pre-order and now they have an online lending library for employees and their family. My favorite benefit of the company so far. I read 12th of never in 6 hours. I couldn't put it down. :)

I'm also currently reading Cross my Heart. So far, it is incredible just like the others. I can't wait to see how it will end. Happy reading! :)
