What about Clockwork Princess? It's just come out and is one of the books in a series we already have conversations on.

We should do it on a book that's been out a bit longer so it's easier to get to... but still in the same series. Maybe Clockwork Angel or a Mortal instruments book. And maybe we could do a Vampire Academy book and Georgia Nicholson or Tallulah Casey! Yayayayayayayayayay!!!

Here's some SPECIFIC ideas that we could put in the poll. They're all the first in the series, apart from Are These My Basoomas I See Before Me? because you don't have to read that series in order. We would still have a space for one or two more books in the poll, these are just some ideas. This is an idea; Say if Vampire Academy wins the poll, we would read it for May and then read the second book in the series (Frostbite) for June and so on and so on....

City of Bones
City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare

Vampire Academy
Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1) by Richelle Mead

Are These My Basoomas I See Before Me?
Are These My Basoomas I See Before Me? (Confessions of Georgia Nicolson, #10) by Louise Rennison

Angelique (angelique682) I like that suggestion. It would force me to read them again and FINALLY get to the last one. Which I have, but still haven't read yet. *hangs head in shame*

I've read the whole Vampire Academy and Bloodlines series apart from the newest Bloodlines book, The Indigo Spell. I need to re-read the Vampire Academy series now. Maybe this will be your time to read the Vampire Academy books!

You haven't read The Indigo Spell??? I'm ashamed of you Jess! You'll have to borrow it from me when you come visit.

Yes, it's not my fault it's so new that it's not in the library yet. When you're here I'll be home for a week before school starts again so we'll have to watch City of Bones

Rebecca I know I just joined this group but I thought that I would make a recommendation for the May book read. This book sounds really good to me The Summoningit is the first book in a Trilogy. I can't wait to vote.

I read the blurb, it sounds really good. If we do read it we could read the rest of the triology too. Maybe these could be the poll;
Vampire Academy
Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging
City of Bones
The Summoning
?
