I love this series, but haven't yet picked up the last one. I'm afraid I won't like how it ends, so I've been wimpy!! One day, I'll be brave.

Rosanna, I will be super honest, the middle of the last book was great, but I felt it needed a lot more, and though the ending was cute, it felt rushed and closes with a really loose end. I didn't like it at all. One of those books that end a series that I wish I never read and left it to my imagination lol. I love how Luce travels through time though, that was so fun

Yes, I loved the time travel element, and the part where we saw them as lovers from different time periods. But it's been so long, I can't even remember how the last one ended. I almost need to do a refresher!

Omg, loved that so much. And maybe it's a good thing you don't rememeber haha. It did make me like, half sad and half happy, not sure if you want me to spoil it, but, man... Mixed emotions suck when it leaves you hanging, or the author tries to subtly imply what happens next

Luce is hard for me to compare to any known actresses, but they were thinking about Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars, but I don't agree too much with that at all. She's adorable, but just not the Luce I picture. This is her:



I also have a hard time picturing any known actors for Daniel.

Okay... Don't judge... Yes. I did picture Ian the whole time as Cam, though he is significantly younger in the book.


As far as the other characters go, Lauren Kate painted such an original picture, that all of the characters seemed to shine their own light, I have not been able to find, nor did I picture any of the characters as actors, (besides Ian lol) but imagined them perfectly as normal people per description. I really really loved this book, and plan on a re-read some time soon.

Oh, you are SO right! Now I feel like rereading the whole series just to see that pretty face all over again LOL

I still haven't read the final book to this series, even though it's crossed my path several times. I'm so weak! I hate ending series I love!
