Jane looked around the penthouse, being quiet as she could
Freddy placed his suitcase and formal work case in the corner and took off his coat making a phonecall. "Yes, I did get here safely...okay...yes...on it" he nodded and hung up getting out his jotter and pen, writing some notes.
Jane heard him and remained quiet, she walked outside of the oenthouse and kncoked on the door. She had to act from now on
Frederick looked around and then stuffed his jotter in his top bedside drawer before calming his expression, striding to the door and opening it with a practiced fake smile.
Jane leaned on the door frame and waved "Hey..I came" she smiled
"Oh...hello Jane. I havent unpacked yet but please take a seat!" he said in a fake cheery voice.
Jane batted her eyelashes and walked in, sitting down on a chair
Freddy smiled and sat down too. "To what do I owe this priviledge?" he asked her.
She raised an eyebrow "Drop the act Freddy.." She smirked
Freddy made a puzzled look. "act?"
"You're working for someone aren't you?"
"Yes...the manager of...my work as...an estate agent!" he lied.
She folded her arms across her chest "Some reason I don't believe that, at least not what my friend told me"
"your friend?" he laughed falsly.
"What so amusing? I have friends" she glared
"who is...this friend of yours?" he secretly added or your alien robot.
"You haven't answered my question yet, who are you really working for?" She leaned in
"Fine, I work at the coal mines torturing people" he raised an eyebrow and laughed.
She didn't laugh then sighed leaning back
"i told you im an estate agent!"
"proof? evidence?" he asked.
She bit her lip "Well he told me" she shrugged
"Lies...the world holds many lies. even some escapes from the lips of whom you trust most!" he waved his hands dramatically.
She watched him then looked away trying to figure stuff out
Freddy laughed "Hes probably trying to get access to my money through you." he snorts.
"Me? How?" She raised an eyebrow
"By feeding you false information and saying my money is all stolen from the innocent so you would steal it away for him. hahaha" he laughed.
She glared "I hav other ways to steal money" she smirked "Like using you perhaps"
Frederick sighed"believe me or dont, I dont care!"
