Exposing Randomness discussion

Thoughts on this movie? I just saw it and there were some parts where I was like..."NOOOO, It doesn't happen that way!" I know most movies based from books get this reaction, plus the fact that it was a pretty large book, but still...there could have been more accurate scenes.

Okay.. I thought it was amazing and seriously, they did NOT change that much.. The things they did change were so minor i was just
Like "who cares" like when she saw the mountains in melanie's memories instead of the lines.. It was almost the same because she drew out the lines.. And she escaped differently, and there was only one set of lines instead of how many there are in the books, but they are all minor things that they changed to make the movie more interesting and understandable to people who didnt read it. I realllllyyy loved the movie. It also wasnt a big deal that they left out walter and sunny, they have to make sacrifices and leave the most important parts in. And also, when she was healing jamie, they only used one type of medicine; in the books they used quite a few. But like i said, its not a big deal

Spoilers--I would have liked to see better reactions though that were closer to the book. But it was still good and well done since the book was so big.

Stephenie Meyer is writing two more books to the series so I hope they keep the cast for that.

I hope she writes them.. Im not counting on her to.. She was supposed to a while back.. She's yet to write them :/

I thought that they did a pretty decent job on the movie. Sure there was some parts where I was all wtf why didn't they put that part in the movie (like how annoying the Searcher is and being able to see Wanda in another body form another world) but in reality they did a great job turning a 618 page book into a 2 hour movie:)

Yeah. Although the two parts I really would have liked to see would be Ian's reaction to her leaving and the other world scene where she's on that creature with those other people...that would have been cool.
