Reese walked down the halls of his new school before lunch. He tried to get to his locker quickly with his hood up and head down.

Anna walked through the hallways with her friends, on their way to the cafeteria. Anna looked around with a bright smile on her face; she was in a good mood. She stopped next to her locker, and glanced over. The new student the office had told her about was there!
"Hello," she said happily.
Her friends walked over to their lockers, a long ways away unfortunately.

Reese looked up. "Hey." He said quickly and quietly. This girl was really bubbly, maybe a bit too much.

((Yeah lol xD that's what me and my friends say to each other))

Anna got her stuff out of her locker and then locked it again. She leaned against her locker and studied him. "You're new, huh? Well I'm supposed to help you if you need it," she informed him.

He grabbed his bag. "Okay thanks." He said, looking up, his hood falling back, showing off his hair and face.

This boy was cute, she couldn't help but notice. "If you want you can sit with me and my friends today at lunch... of course you don't have to though," she said softly, giving him a kind smile.

She shrugged. "Whatever." He said, looking up at her.

Anna blinked. This guy was confusing... "So, is that a yes or a no?"

"Sure." He said, his voice low and quiet, looking back down again.

Anna nodded. "Okay, follow me then," she said and started walking into the cafeteria. Her friends usually met her there, and today she didn't have to wait in line because she'd brought her own lunch.

He followed slowly after her, looking up at her, wondering why she was being so nice to him.

((Me too I'll be back in about 30 minutes))

Anna walked into the crowded cafeteria and then she walked over to the table her friends and her awlways sat at.

Reese followed after her and sat at the end of the table, isolated from everyone else

Anna frowned slightly but then shrugged his distance off. Soon her friends joined her, and they all sat down. Already some guys from other tables were making their way over.

Reese looked up at Anna and smiled a bit. He ate his food in silence, just watching people talk and interact

Anna returned his smile as she ate her sandwich, talking to one of the jocks whose name was Blake. Blame was obviously trying t flirt with her but, for some reason, Ana didn't let herself get anything more but friendly, and it was obvious.

Reese saw the one guy flirting with Anna and felt some weird flutteryness in his stomach. He wanted to get up and punch the guy in the face, but instead just squirmed around in his seat and drank some water.

Anna leaned back in her seat as she took a few bites again. Blake smiled charmingly at her but then when Anna was talking to her other friend, he looked... not at her face. Maybe Anna shouldn't have worn the clothes she had but honestly she as clueless about it.

Reese saw him look at Anna again, but not in a good way. Now he was angry. He got up. "Hey you!" He shouted and pointed at the guy. "Show some respect!" He shouted, looking over at Anna in the corner of his eye

Blake looked over at Reese like he'd just noticed him. He tried to hide the guilty expression that threatened to betray him. He gulped before he said cockily, "I did nothin' wrong!"
Anna was startled. She looked at Blake and then at Reese, Confused as to what was going on.
