I gave this book a 2.5. Almost gave it a 2. The warped side of me finds intrigue in dysfunction and this book certainly had plenty of that. Was thinking about our different group members too, and your personal interests and career choices, and how they apply to this book. Hope the book finds itself useful to you.

I mostly liked the story form it takes. I did have some difficulties in actually finishing this book. Knowing people with OCD behaviors makes it a little more interesting to read. Found this book to be quite slow. Instead, he discovers hope and contemplates becoming honest with the people dearest to him.

Cheryl | 134 comments I RATED IT A 2. I FOUND IT DULL AND RATHER TEDIOUS AND THE CHARACTERS WENT NOWHERE. I FOUND MYSELF NOT CARING AT ALL ABOUT ANY OF THEM. THEY WERE MAKING ME AS CRAZY AS THEY WERE!

It wasn't my fav. The writing was weak, everything was over-narrated and reiterated and over-explained. Dicks's descriptions of the "demands" were, I thought, the strongest and most interesting part of the book, but overall, meh. I gave it a 2.5.

Alisha Rivera | 145 comments Ok, so this one was a complete bust! I give it about a 2/2.5 also. I was so disappointed by it, and if it hadn't been for Readers Ink, I'm sure I wouldn't have finished it. Way too slow, way too wordy.
