Tom's Attempt @ 75
21. The Kitchen Houseby Kathleen GrissomOn Audible - great narration by Narrated by Orlagh Cassidy and Bahni Turpin - made this book really come alive!
22: Listening Womanby Tony HillermanThis was okay. I like the Navaho background of T.H.'s books - but the story in this one sometimes dragged. Will I continue on with the series? - probably.. (but don't go by me on this, since I don't easily give up on anything.)
25. Mindful Eating: A Guide to Rediscovering a Healthy and Joyful Relationship with Food--includes CD by Jan Chozen Bays
Tom wrote: "33. Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins"I enjoyed all 3 books. The 1st more than the last one.

I agree Hillary - so far 1 was better than 2. I'll be reading the last one soon.
34. And the Mountains Echoed by Khaled HosseiniSeparate stories joined together.. each one broke my heart...
36. Hellhound on His Trail: The Stalking of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the International Hunt for His Assassin by Hampton Sides

I liked it quite a bit - was a quick read with a great story/characters (but that's almost automatic with S.K.) I enjoyed the coming of age in an amusement park/carny setting/theme - kind of made me wish I did something like that when I was in college. Anyway S.K.'s mojo shines through once again.
Elyse wrote: "So now that you've read the Hunger Games trilogy, what are your thoughts?"Elyse, overall and taken together, I liked the trilogy.. The first book was the best by quite a bit - I think that by the end of the last book I was getting somewhat tired of Katmiss - with that being said - for me, the ending was quite satisfying..
