Ask Barbara Woster discussion

I have to write all the time for school assignments, but it can be difficult to get started, how to express what I have in my mind to paper. When it is a subject I'm really interested in and know about, it is a bit easier. I've written a couple poetry things in high school, but don't have them anymore. I found those quite a bit easier to write. I'm not really a writer, wish I was, I think I might have a chance at poetry, and I have some good ideas, but I don't know what makes writing creative.
