The Lost Hero

I started reading The lost Hero but stopped, I'll read it next time. Maybe it's because of the change of POV, I got used to Percy, and having him replaced with three strangers is a bit awkward at first. But I really liked Leo, he's so funny.

Of course I'll read it! When I heard that the fourth book's title is "The House of Hades" I started screaming, laughing and fangirling cause we'll see Nico. So I have to read all Heroes of Olympus serie before october.

When I finish Game of Thrones I'll definitly read Lost Hero.

And I think I've fallen in love with another fictional character (again)! I totally love Leo!!! He's so awesome, funny and adorable. I like it when he cracks jokes even in critical serious moments.

And Jason and Piper are sooo cute! I hope they'll get together!

I can't wait to read the end!

I felt quite the same, and the third-person narrative was a little hard to get used to after Percy, Carter, and Sadie.

In that case, we've got some similarities when it comesto fandoms. My brother thinks its fun to slap my books, particularly my HP, PJO, TKC, and HoO books, which is like death to me.

I didn't like Piper and Jason until much later (and their romance felt comparatively quick when you looked at how long Annabeth and Percy's relationship took to formulate - 5 books!) but Leo was an easy sell for me.

When I first read the lost hero, I was disappointed. The title held a lot of promises. And learning that Percy was missing in the first few chapters, I thought "ok this book will be about how the new demigods will find Percy on their quest". I wasn't far from the truth really.

Anyway, I didn't like Jason. He was too weird with Piper. And Piper made me want to struggle her. The way she described Jason I honestly didn't see how she could really love him. She only talked about his looks. Seriously girl??
I was happy that Leo was there to lighten the mood and make the book better.

I started liking Jason around the Mark of Athena.

But now I'm re-reading the entire serie (PJO and HoO) and my opinion was a little different.
I focused a lot more on the quest than the characters because I knew how they evolved during their quest. I still pretty dislike Jason and Piper but I think now I dislike Piper way more than Jason. Especially since she was sooo mean with Percy on the Mark on Athena (I won't say more than that since it's not the right thread ^^).
But I really like the plot and the action during the quest. The way Hera/Juno messed their life was really not cool (sorry queen of the gods).

Well I wrote quite a lot but I've been waiting way too long to be able to discuss it with someone ^^.

Does anyone re-reading the serie?

I just read it! It was awesome!! I have to say my favorites are Leo and Piper. I almost cried when he told the story about Leo's mom. And when Festus died/crashed. So sad.
