Summer weather has hit South Boston early again this year. It's 80oF outside right now.

Three weeks to a summer vacation and I can enjoy the tbr books stacking up. Ahhh teaching does have benefits!

I wish summer would hit Chicago! The temp has been up and down (way down) It reached 32 degrees last night!

I am a sixth grade elementary school teacher. Trying to inspire children to read has been awesome, especially when they find "the book"

Must be a rewarding job in that aspect, Eric.

That's insane!

The sense of entitlement I see on the roads lately is frightening; it seems as if driving has become a right with no attendant responsibilities.

I'm sorry, but I thought you misunderstood. How could that be? Then I read the information and am now...flabbergasted.

Again, I'm sorry I thought you had it wrong. Ridiculous!

No worries. Just sharing the shock. With all the immigration issues making headlines this one might just sneak in and be a law. I don't have the words but I needed to share.

I managed to not blow off any appendages, so I would call my holiday a success!

Happy 4th! Hubby and I went on vacation. We got back yesterday. We went to Disney. Had a great time. Didn't want to come home.
