Mystic Island discussion

"Summer, where are you from?" Aubrey asked. She was really curious. Aubrey was from good ol' Utah. Summer looked like she was from California, but Aubrey couldn't be sure.
"Aubrey-" Liam begain, but Aubrey cut him off with another question.
"Rihonin what about you? Where are yyou from?"

"It's pretty nice here," Boris said to the newcomers, waving around generally. "Well, we think it is."

"Pleases. Almost every where." Summer shrugged her shoulders. She moved from town to town state to state, even a few different countries that by this point everywhere was just like home.

Boris nodded contentedly. "You guys hungry?"

"Los Angeles. Been there my whole life." Rhiannon replies. "I want to move to NYC, though. Or France. France is awesome."

"Heck yeah! One lychee doesn't cut it."

Liam left Aubrey and Summer to their own conversation. He moved to talk to Boris.
"I think its really nice. How long have you been here?" Liam asked.



Aubrey was relieved when Liam left. Not that she didn't like him, she just was sick of him for now.
"Really like what States have you lived in?" Aubrey thought it was so cool that Summer had lived in a lot of places.

"Yeah! I wished I had lived in several different states. The same scenery gets boring after a while." Rhiannon chimes in.

Boris looked at Liam in surprise. "I've been here my whole life. Can you help me get food for everyone?" He laughed. "We guys have to stick together!"

"No kidding. I have lived in Utah my whole life, and trust me. You get sick of the cold." I said agreeing with Rhinnion.

"I've been to all 50 but have only lived in 48. North Carolina and Kanses and the only ones I havnt lived in." Summer smiled.

Liam laughed with Boris.
"Of course! We might go crazy with all of these girls around us!" Liam said laughing.
"Heard that!" Aubrey shouted.

Boris grinned. "There are some guys here, but not many. And I'm the only person who doesn't live in the village. I live in a tree." He motioned for Liam to follow him to a nearby tree that baskets were gathered at the base of.

Rhiannon sighs playfully. "Let them mock us. It'll be their own doing when they are bitten by a snake. Are there snakes here?"
"No idea."

"48 states. Wow. Which was your favorite?" Rhiannon asks.

((Sorry about the top one! I don't usually write in third person, I might slip up now and then.))

"Wow." Aubrey said amazed. "That's sweet. I have only been to three States, and I have never moved. My family isn't big travelers."

Liam and Boris went off to look for food.

"I doubt that mine are. Well, were." Summer corrected with a small shrug "I get stuck moving a lot. That's why I was going to Japan."

Boris tossed some fruit at Liam. He quickly morphed into a cat and scampered up a tree.

"Yeah. I've been to Florida, and Washington DC. That's it." Rhiannon says woefully.
"That means we're probably somewhere between Hawaii and Japan, right?" Summer asks.
"Hmm. If the flight to Japan was supposed to be around 11 hours, and we've been flying for, oh, probably 7, then yes." Aubrey replies, doing the calculations in her head.
"So, we're probably closer to Hawaii." Rhiannon says. "Which means the water here is probably clear and great for swimming. Did your luggage make it?" She asks, remembering grabbing her duffel bag before getting into the lifeboat. Which meant it may be on the beach.

Liam looked at Boris in amazement.
"How did you do that?!" He exclamined, amazed, and a little scared.


"I'm sorry about your family. I at least have my annoying big brother." Aubrey said looking off into the direction that Liam walked in.

((this gets confusing. ignore Aubrey's part. um ya. keep going with jades.))

"Oh! I wanna go swimming! The waters nice, the tempetures great, and I already have my swim suit on!" Summer grinned

"Well, Im already wet, why not!" Aubrey said running to the water with Summer, and Rhiannon close behind.

Before answering the question, Boris dropped some good sized bags to the ground. Perched on a branch and human once again, Boris shrugged. "I'm a shape-shifter. It's what I do."

Summer fell into the water backwards her arms streched out. She had taken off what she didn't need. She had been planning om going to the beach later so she'd worn swim wear under her clothes.

Just as Rhiannon was about to jump in the water, she saw something glistening in the sand, stuck in a bush. She walked over, slowly, then picked up the pace as she realized what it was- her sparkly, military duffel-bag with everything she needed. Quickly ducking into the nearby trees, she re-amerged with a swim-suit on, and jumped into the water to join Summer and Aubrey.

Summer was cupping the water in her hands and letting it fall freely onto her. As she layed back floating on the clear water

"This is so amazing, isn't it? The water is so clear. I've never seen anything like it." Rhiannon said, splashing herself in the face. "It's amazing."

"yea" Summer called out in awe "It's like Vieques Puerto Rico clear" as she played with the water.

"Just don't let anything eat you!" Boris called teasingly. "But seriously," he added, "try to avoid getting hurt." He jumped off the tree and grabbed the bags he had dropped. He motioned for Liam to follow him.

"I've never been to Puerto Rico, but I have been to North Captiva in Florida. The water there is crystal clear! This is just...crystal crystal clear!" Rhiannon explained, and dug her hand into the wet sand.
"Ow!" She pulled her hand away and out of the water, the stuck it back in and yanked out the offender. In her hand was a perfect, orangey-pink conch shell.
"Look at this!" she called out. "There might be more!"

Liam followed Boris, deep into the forest.
"So um what kinds of poisonous or like dangerous animals are there?" He asked. Liam wanted to make sure nothing would happen to them.

Aubrey ran back to shore to look for more shells when she tripped. She fell into the water, and her hand went right on top of the sharp point of a shell. Cutting open her hand in the process.
"Ow. Ow Ow ow ow." She said, whimpering as she held her hand.

"Am I the only one not getting hurt?" Summer asked going to Audrey who was holding her hand "Here, just put it in the water for now. Salt water helps clean out and heal cuts." she instructed

Aubrey held her breath as Summer put her hand under the water. It stings! She thought. She wasn't about to say that aloud though. Soon the stinging lessened.
"Thanks." She said to summer, smiling weakly. Then the thought of Liam came up.
"Oh no. Liam is going to flip." Aubrey said holding her hand up. It was a pretty deep gash.

"This island isn't called Mystric for nothing. Maybe we coudl find something to er- completly heal it. Like some magic water or something? It can't be that hard to find it right" Summer offered, she knew it would have stung but salf water in particluar would ensure that it at least wouldn't get infected.

Boris thought for a moment, then said, "We have a few snakes. Only one or two species are poisonous though. Poison ivy, too." Boris thought for a moment, trying to figure out if he was forgetting anything. "Some of the plants are poisonous and you really shouldn't eat certain fish." He shrugged. "If you don't get it from us or we're not there to tell you if it's good or not...just don't eat it."

Caitlyn:
"Give me a moment." I dug in the pouch around my waist. "Here." I say, giving each girl a bottle of purple liquid. "Dragon tears. They heal just about anything physical." I say. "You're gonna want these while you're on the island. The pets are very protective, and won't hesitate to kill if they think their owner is in danger."

Jason:
I watched the girls do whatever they are doing. Pip comes to my side with a few mice in his mouth. China and Rockie, who I didn't realize had left, also sat by me with a large rabbit each. Pip was looking so proud I assume he killed them himself.

Summer smiled "I'm gonna need it with my luck. But did you say Dragon tears. There's dragons here? Can I see some? Maybe?" she asked, she realized the fact that she wouldn't really be able to see them but it couldn't hurt to at least meet them.

Caitlyn:
"Yeah. Hold on. Drake! Get your fire- breathing behind over here." I say, and a purple, waist- high dragon comes out of the forest. "This is my dragon, Drake." I say, pulling Summer's hand towards Drake's head. Drake sees her hand and licks it.

Summer couldn't help but fight of the giggle "I love the name Drake. And he's purple right?" she asked wondering if she was aloud to pet him, or were dragons different?

Caitlyn:
"Go ahead and pet him. He's nice. And yes, he's purple. He reminds me of a giant butterfly." I say smiling.

Jason:
I look at the native girl. I've collected all the meat when Pip takes off in the direction of the girls. China and Rockie follow suit. I follow. I look at the native and one of the other girls talking. I can't get Pip without interrupting their conversation, so I say,"Excuse me."

Summer smiles and stocks his back with a small laugh, her hand was soft on it and she looked up at the native who spoke questioningly.

Caitlyn:
"Yes?" I ask. "Uh. Can you hand me Pipsqueak? The animal playing with your dragon?" he says, looking at his pet. "Sure." I pick it up and give it to him.

Jason:
She gives Pip to me and I carry him to the little fort I made by the beach. I sat down and dreamed of the native.

"What are dragons like? In general, are they all this cute? Or are they sometimes like the ones in movies?" Summer asked her

"Well sometime they are bred to look the ugliest and scariest,but those are usually the sweetest. Most of them at cute." I say.

"Though I never have judged a creature of thing by it's looks, I'm more of a personality judge person. Not that I really have an option, but yea." Summer smiled

I was walking through the forest just strumming my lyre with Roxane curled around my arm when I here Boris talking I emerge from the undergrowth and said "hi."

"You know," Aubrey begain. "I was thinking about a getting a dragon. But then my brother got me a kitten. Because its 'safer'. Speaking of my kitten. Where is she?" Aubrey said panicked. She totally forgot about her little stripped kitten Boots.



Liam was walking around with Boris, when a girl walked through the trees, stumming a lyre.
"Hi." She said smiling.
"Hi." Liam replied.
