Alex stepped to a halt as they broke through the last of the gtrees surrounding the lake. His fingers loosened around Kaai's, and then he released her hand entirely. His eyes closed into slits, as he breathed in the fresh air, it smelt like pine and berries, with the hint of animals nearby. "I'll wait for ya at the shore." He shore, blinking his eyes back open and heading closer towards the water's edge. He knew it was going to be uncomfortible for her to be in her underclothes, so he wanted to allow her a few moments to herself. He kicked off his shoes beside of a leaning oak tree, and gave the air a sniff. He pursed his lips, and turned away from the scents the winds carried, instead pulling his shirt off and hanging it over one of the branches. He leaned against the tree, his arms folded over his chest.
Kaai actually didn't want him to leave her put thought. It would be better if she changed by herself. She then took off her shirt and hanged it on a tree she then took off her shoes and socks. She then slipped off her skirt and tried to build up the courage to walk over there.
As Kaai emurged from the cover of the tree, Alex took the oppurnity to look her over. Cracking a smirk, he dipped his head so she wouldn't notice the amusment shining in his gaze over how uncomfortible she was. He slipped out of his jeans, and tossed them carlessly on the branch, before he backed up and vanished into the forestery. Moments later he reappeared behind her with silent footsteps. Suddenly, he grabbed hold of her waist from behind, and hauled her up so her feet were touching the ground, and started to carry her in the direction of the lake, planning on dipping her in.((g2g for tonight))
Kaai screamed at first because she was surprised and then notice it was Alex and then smiled at him blushing, "Don't scare me like that." She said as he carried her. She felt his arm wrapped around her and she kissed him on the cheek. She was nervous because she had never had a boyfriend before.
Alex didn't say anything, but a slow, mischiefiouse, smile was spreading over his lips. As they neared the water, he shifted her in his arms, and cocked his head slightly to one side. "Hold your breathe." He commanded, splashing into the water. Hip deep in the water, he hurled her into the air, and into the water.
Kaai screamed and took a breath before going under water and came up for air and said, "Really?" She then sighed and said, "Please don't do that I can't swim." She was embarrassed about it, but she had never learned to swim. She was lucky that she could touch the ground still.
"You can't swim?" Alex repeated, raising one eyebrow at her, his smirk had vanised, now replaced by his signature scowl. "I wasn't going to let you drown, you now. But it would be nice to know before I threw you in." He added in a mumble, stepping closer, until he was standing beside her. "I could probely, teach you." He murmered, tilting his head slightly, "If you wanted."
Kaai then said, "Um, that would be nice." She then put her hands to face wanting to smile again and said smiling, "Don't get mad I'm fine."
"I don't get mad," Alex protested, ducking his head out of reach, and taking a step back. "I'm just concerned. Anyways, it will give us something to do, teaching you how to swim I mean. But perhaps it's best to start in a little shallower of water. Can't have you sinking." He was backing up slightly, motioning for her to follow him into shallower water.
