Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry discussion

The mods have received several inquiries regarding selecting a character from the Harry Potter series and roleplaying them as a charrie. Previously, this has not been a common occurrence. However, we, the mods, have decided to introduce this concept to the group. Below is a list of available characters from the books that can become you're charries. To do so, please follow these instructions:

1. To prevent three Luna Lovegoods, it has been decided that each character will be given to only one person. The characters listed below are the only ones that are currently available (the mods may add more to the list, or an inactive member may have theirs taken away). Read all of the character names, as you will not be able to change your character. Below, post a comment containing the form (copy and paste it) with your answers filled in. A moderator will reply to your message, either approving or denying your request. This will work on a first come, first serve basis and each member is limited to one character from the list below until further notice.

2. Once your request has been approved, go to the appropriate thread and fill out the form to create your charrie. You will be forced to give up your character if you fail to complete this step. Please put them in the correct house if they are still attending Hogwarts. If you are unsure of what house they belonged to, try searching their name on Wikipedia.

3. Begin roleplaying. Remember to use the temperament, mindset, and personality of your character that is found in the books. For example:
Draco would not begin giving sweets to every child he met on the street.
Ron wouldn't suddenly become anorexic.
Hermione wouldn't begin playing Quidditch.
Neville wouldn't become the valedictorian.
Hagrid wouldn't take up tap dancing.
Just use common sense.

Why: Because Luna has always been one of my favorites

Example: Hagrid had just dismissed Care of Magical Creatures. Luna wanted to stay there forever. She had her straight long blonde hair down at her sides. She went back up to the unicorn they were taught about in class. "I wonder why your called a unicorn." she says to herself. "you aren't a corn." she says giggling. She pets the unicorn for another minute. "goodbye." she says kissing it on the head. With that, Luna skips back to Hogwarts.
