My impression is that he's read not much by an English language readership.

This is WHY goodreads should have been around back in college. Think of all the stuff that has vanished from my brain that I could have stored here. Like whether I actually liked El árbol de la ciencia or not. If I close my eyes, I can see it sitting on the shelf in the living room. The one above the TV with the other Spanish novels. But I have no idea how it made me feel.
